Most individuals and organizations would prefer to think they know or can learn how to run a successful team. This has driven the certification frenzy and pseudo-expert economy. They try Agile or XP, or hire new strategic advisors, but nothing seems to change. Our experience combined with our unique approach enables us to break through roadblocks of all sorts, including:
